  • The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is a United States-based suicide prevention network of over 200+ crisis centers that provides 24/7 service via a toll-free hotline with the number 9-8-8. It is available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. All you need to do is dial 988 on your phone.
  • Care Solace navigates the mental health care system to find available providers matched to specific needs. https://www.caresolace.org/ 
  • Colorado Crisis Services provides free, confidential and immediate support from trained professionals and peer specialists, available 24/7/365 by calling 844-493-TALK (8255), or texting TALK to 38255.   • Denver Public Schools Homeless Education Network (HEN) is to assist DPS students experiencing homelessness through direct support and advocacy. The primary objective is to remove educational barriers to help ensure students engage successfully in school and cultivate their unique strengths and talents.   • Girls Inc. serves girls ages 6-20 in the Denver-Metro area. Research-based programming is delivered by trained professionals who focus on the development of the whole girl, supporting, mentoring, and guiding girls in an affirming, pro-girl environment. Girls will learn to value their whole selves, discover and develop their inherent strengths, and receive the support they need to navigate the challenges they face. Click here to learn more.

  • University of Colorado Denver Counseling Center provides affordable counseling to DPS students and their families! Cost is as low as $5 per session! They provide Individual, Family, Couples, and Child/Adolescent Therapy. Their office is located in the Tivoli on the Auraria Campus, Room 454 (4th Floor). Click here to learn more!
