Hi there! My name is Jaime Primiano, and I am so excited to be the school counselor at Grant Ranch School! My mission as a counselor is to be an advocate for all students. I strive to support and provide students with the skills necessary to reach their academic, personal, social, and emotional potential. I work closely with teachers, staff, and guardians in order to accomplish this mission. I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in psychology, a Master’s degree in school counseling, and PhD in Education Administration. So as you can see I’m a lifelong learner who encourages students to keep learning and growing to become the best version of themselves. When I am not working, I can be found doing all sorts of things. I like to travel, practice yoga & pilates, dance, hike, attend concerts, tour museums, watch Friends reruns, spend time with my spouse & our cats, and hang out with friends & family. I’m looking forward to a great year!
